Let me introduce ourselves! I’m Cindy Hernandez, the creative heart behind Balloon and Bliss Rentals, and my amazing husband, Julian Hernandez, is my behind-the-scenes hero. While I run the day-to-day of the business, he’s a huge part of making it all happen—and I couldn’t do it without him. We’re both Sacramento natives, born and raised, and we tied the knot in 2022. In 2023, we welcomed our sweet baby boy, also named Julian (yes, just like his dad—haha!).

Now, a little about how this all began…
Before diving into the world of balloon artistry, I was that person who went all out for every family event. From planning to decorating, I loved doing it all! I created everything for our baby shower, and I threw full-blown themed parties for our son’s 1st and 2nd birthdays. After hearing endless compliments from friends and family—"You should really start a business!"—I finally listened to that little voice (and theirs!) and took the leap.

So in July 2024, Balloon and Bliss Rental was born—and I’ve been in love with it ever since.
